Staff were all very pleasant, breakfast was delicious, and location was fab central. Comfy bed, absolutely great and absolutely great room. It was nice to have air conditioner, WiFi and balcony.

very positive experience, picturesque area, good rooms. the continental breakfast is very very good with lots of meals. pleasant view of river. remote location, relatively close to a portuguese national gallery.

The hotel is definitely recommended to others. The beds are very comfortable. Its 15 mins walk to the center...

The staff here was friendly, superb location. Appreciated to hang out in the center, it's within walking distance of the hotel. Fortunately, free Wi-Fi was available. We 'll be back if the opportunity arises.

It's short way from elevador santa justa, accessible to everything. Superb location - we were a 15-minute walk away from the metro❤
